alex 欧美那些 VPN 基本不能用，大家都是在用梯子，全是老中开的，各种网站都是一个壳子，支付宝收款也是国内机构，很难说是否有和地方政府勾结，或者是真的骗过了政府。

jgroot 这个时候只要不去理会，直接刷新页面就不会再发一遍了。他这个发送失败应该是个假信息。

jgroot 前段时间茶馆启用了Cloudflare，所以可能国内访问会有点卡顿。测试下来如果使用流量的话会稍微快一点，校园网访问可能影响比较大。我们最近会考虑一下网络优化的问题。
