我是黄子益， 2012-2016 信院6系本科生，PhD毕业于哥伦比亚大学（Columbia University@EE department). 我今年将去ASU做tenure tracked AP，组内将有多名全奖PhD名额。
研究方向自由：
我（Principle Investigator(PI)) 的研究方向主要集中在AI/ML/NLP。理论与与应用方向均可。
目前研究方向：
Agentic AI: uses sophisticated reasoning and iterative planning to solve multi-step problems.
Trustworthy AI: provides transparent and explainable solutions for decision making.
Multi-Agent Learning (a type of reinforcement learning): involves multiple AI agents to learn and interact with the environment to achieve a final goal.
Optimization & Decision Making under Uncertainty: translates predictions into reliable decisions under uncertainty.
PI支持并欢迎学生们开展自己感兴趣的研究（唯一要求是在AI领域），并不会强制学生做不感兴趣的方向。欢迎大家私信讨论。
不做工程项目，所有工作致力于发文章（research oriented)。
期刊会议：
机器学习会议和期刊为主
计算资源：
PI有充足项目经费。可以保证每个博士2-3块H100。
PhD全奖， 并有充足外出开会基金。
其他信息：
PI性格友好。。没有随时on call 习惯。。鼓励大家做自己喜欢的research。
PhD可以在在读期间（多次）实习😊。
招生要求：
Self-motivated。
不喜欢写代码的话，做理论也可以😊。
不限院系（PI愿意帮助想转码的同学）。
