Ph.D. Positions in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI)
Prof. Meng Wang is seeking highly motivated Ph.D. students to join her research group in the Department of Electrical, Computer, and Systems Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) for Fall 2027. Her research focuses on the theoretical foundations and algorithmic development of artificial intelligence and machine learning, with particular interests in Transformers, Mixture-of-Experts (MoE), in-context learning, and efficient AI algorithms. Applicants with strong backgrounds in mathematics, machine learning, optimization, or related areas are particularly encouraged to apply.
