Carl if u think u uni in USA is GREAT enough, u can just ignore this post.
Mr. K.H. Zeng. guys from other university who have nearly the same academic bg as u can apply to GREAT uni like IVY LEAGUE, cz their bs/ms uni can provide them with a higher GPA and save time to do more research/build connections. btw, I think u donot have much say on this cz ur bs r at other uni, u have no idea about how 卷 ustc bs guys r under the wrong GPA policy of ustc 教务处
